Johannes J. DeVries, Ph.D., PE

Johannes J. DeVries is considered one of the world's foremost experts regarding topics involving the Hydrologic Engineering Center's HEC-1, HEC-2 and HEC-6 computer models. Joe developed application procedures for new features of the HEC-1 program and participated in HEC's training program as lecturer and course coordinator. Joe is the author of the U.S. Army HEC training Document # 15, which presents both the procedures for using HEC-1 and calibration features. Joe is the author of more than 60 technical papers, three books, and several invited chapters in compendium editions.
